PPR pipe machine is mainly used in producing in-house water supply pipes, by co-extruding PMMA layer inside, it can produce PPR double-layer pipe, multi-layer pipe, and the pipes can keep water temperature for long time. PPR plastic pipes are non-toxic, easy to be extruded and can be recycled.

For small diameter PPR pipe extrusion, customers can select dual Propene Polymer/ PPR pipe machine, which makes it energy and space saving, human labor force saving, and high production.
The main extruder adopts high-efficiency screw and barrel, which greatly improves transmission capacity.  
The high-efficiency vacuum cooling technology and water cooling tank improve the output speed of PPR pipe.
The pipe extrusion machine adopts SIEMENS PLC control system, which makes it easy to operate. The line can be equipped with another extruder used for extruding the mark line.
