Making progress:

We use SJSZ55 conical twin screw extruder, 250mm pvc wall panel mould, after plastifying raw material in the screw and barrel, raw materials goes through wall panel mould, then goes through the wall panel cclibrator on the calibration table, then make the lamination on the surface of pvc wall panel, then cut the panels into 3 meters long.

W can make the hot stamping process the the surface of pvc wall panel as well.

pvc resin, calcium powder, stearic acid, stabilizer, CPE, titanium dioxide, brightener, PE wax, lamination film or hot stamping film, glue.
