pvc lamination wall panel extrusion machine loading

Yesterday, 11th April 2018, we loaded contianer of pvc lamination wall panel machine for customer from South Africa.

We loaded two 40HQ containers, with mixer, pvc wall panel mould, pvc wall panel crusher, pvc wall panel pulverizer, pvc wall panel extrusion line, pvc wall panel lamination machine.

PVC lamination wall panel machine is used to produce pvc lamination wall panel, it can produce pvc ceiling panel too. pvc wall panel width can be from 150mm to 603mm. By using hot stamping device, the machine can make pvc hot stamping wall panel as well.

By changing lamination films, it can laminate pvc film with wooden, marble, flower surface colors.

Process of making pvc wall panel: mixing material, extruding, molding, cacuum calibrating, cooling, online laminating or hot staping, pulling, cutting, packaging, then we can see the final products.

Our customers ara from 50 countries with over 500 pvc wall panel extrusion lines, such as Mexico, Ethiopia, Argentina, Russia, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Iran, Iraq, etc.
